How to Set Up:
Placed order is at least (2-3) over all time
OR
Revenue is at least (2-3x AOV) over all time
AND
Person can receive email marketing
*The values you choose for this segment will be based on your brand’s AOV and existing customer loyalty. If you’re an established brand, don’t be afraid to place these at a higher range!
3. All Shopify Customers
How to Set Up:
Placed Order is at least once over all time
AND
Person can receive email marketing
4. Seasonal Shoppers
How to Set Up:
Placed Order is at least once during (specified time frame)
AND
Person can receive email marketing
*For the specific time frame, we recommend selecting October-December for the most 2 recent years, since these are the months most users are doing their holiday shopping
